There are 10 working procedure of our FangXiang colour flame candles.

The 1st The synthesis of main fuel.
The main fuel of BaoJu is not olefin but a high-level compound of orgnic grease---- trimethyl citrate, which has been compounded since 1960s and has been produced for industry till the end of 1990s.
Our company started to produce it in the end of 2002 and introdured the best compound technique. The purity of the TMC-1reach as high as 99.9%.
TMC is obtained through many processes---- under the function of 
katalyst, the citric acid and the methanol carry out the 18-20 hours' synthetizing, distilling, recompounding and redistilling, and then separating, crystallizing, reseparating and recrystallizing...
The 2nd, The produce of colored wick.This is the nucleus of our BAOJU and a complicated process. The compound of the colored wick solution and the quantity of the pure cotton yarn is different depending on the different flames; the soak time is totally different and it is the same to the producing environment.
The 3rd, The produce of burning wick. Though this is a compared simple process, the requirement for the burning core's quantity is different and need compound the pure cotton yarn, soak the motive burning material and dry in the different temperature.
The 4th, Twist the wick.
Compound the "burning wick" and the "corlored wick" according to the different requirement to make BAOJU twist.
The 5th, The preparation of the liquid material. This is the basic link---- let the TMC, moldening agent and the shaping agent melt in the temprature of 95-105 proportionably on the basis of various production and then prepared to pour.
The 6th, Handling the mould. Washed, smeared the casting agent, clipped and snipped the wick. Then integrated the moulds and produced.
The 7th, Pouring and modeling.
Pouring the even-melted liquid material into the mould in different times. Guarantee there is no hole inside after the congealment. It generally need 4-8 times to complete it.
The 8th, Casting off the mould. Clear the extra material of FangXiang BAO-JU carefully after the congealment, snip the extra core, iron it, and open the mould to get the half- finished product.
The 9th, Distinguishing and examining. Check up the productions detailedly through the appearance. Put the qualified ones into the next process and reproduce the unqualified ones..
The 10th, Packaging. The inside packaging: wood board and aluminium mold bubble; box packaging;trunk packaging; transport pacagking ( for large piece).

Five characteristics of FangXiang BAO-JU

1. The specially refined material:
The material BAO-JU used is different from usual candle. BAO-JU is carefully made from TMC, moldering agent, the shaping agent and the colored agent.
2. The unique technique:
The producing technique of BAO-JU is more complicated than the usual candle, which has 10 working procedure: (1) the synthesis of main fuel; (2) the produce of colored wick; (3) the produce of burning core; (4) twist the wick; (5) the preparation of the liquid material; (6) handling the mould; (7) pouring and modeling; (8) casting off the mould; (9) distinguishing and examining and (10) packaging.
3. The peculiar effect:
When you light BAO-JU, the flame shows red, yellow, blue and green, etc. the different colorful flame means different feelings and will make you feel more fantasy.
4. The super reserve and transport capability:
Compared to the usual candle, BAO-JU was endowed with fine condition in the reserve and transport aspect: (1) BAO-JU can be reserved under as high as 60℃ while the usual candle even can not stand under 50℃. (2) As the ignition point of BAO-JU is higher than the usual candle, the security of it is better than the usual candle.
